Spend the evening on the other side of the kitchen with Peerbound

On September 9, we're taking over G&ther with Pamela in Burlingame for the night. It's a set of open kitchens with a hot kitchen, a prep kitchen, a dining room, and a chef working live in each one. Normally that's the part of a restaurant you never see. Here it's the whole event, and you're in it.

A few things worth knowing:

• The menu — a Spanish skewer bar, whatever you want on the stick: garlic lemon chicken, paprika fish, cumin vegetables, manchego... 
• Come hungry — almost everything on the menu is gluten free, and we can accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions
• The ride's on us — we'll send an Uber voucher both ways, about ten minutes each direction, so getting there and home is already handled

You'll start with a cocktail and then you're free to roam. Go kitchen to kitchen, watch each chef work, ask what's in the romesco, taste something right off the pass. When it's all ready, we sit down and eat together.
